Pregnant Meghan Markle is embroiled in a security crisis according to a US report.
After having lost key staff members, sources told National Enquirer that in its frantic recruitment process, the palace may leave doors open to stalkers and terrorists.
“There are so many open positions in all sorts of places at the palace that one slipup in a background check or an interview could prove disastrous,” an insider said.
The news comes after the departure of Amy Pickerell who was said to have left due to the duchess’s constant demands.
“Meghan basically has no close staff left, just before the birth of her child,” the source said. “It’s causing her huge stress.”
The source added that the situation has left Meghan a ‘sitting duck’ for extremists.
