The Duke and Duchess of Sussex gave royal watchers a rare insight into their relationship, as they showed their affection for each other during an official engagement in London.
Kate Middleton and Prince William laughed and joked together as they looked completely relaxed at the Aga Khan Centre in King’s Cross, ahead of their official visit to Pakistan later this month.

While they chatted to guests at the event, Kate was spotted stroking Prince William’s shoulder, in a rare display of public affection (a PDA).
It is unusual for the royals to touch each other in public, and they are rarely seen doing so.
In fact, Queen Elizabeth II has set the president amongst the royal family by never getting too close to her husband, Prince Philip during royal engagements.
And it is a standard that most senior royals now follow.
Speaking to Express.co.uk, body language expert Robin Kermode said: “The Queen rarely holds hands with her husband in public and this seems to have set an unwritten precedent for the other royals.”
Kate and William’s usual behaviour reflects this stance, however he said the pair are clearly “emotionally close”.
He continued: “It is very clear that William and Kate are emotionally close, however, they do not seem to feel the need to prove their love — particularly when on official state business.
“They come across as a strong, independent couple and while they are always on show, they do not feel the need to ‘show’ their love for each other to the world.”
The royal couple clearly have fun together as they were seen laughing and joking – with Kate laughing more than once as her husband cracked a joke.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are set to leave for Pakistan on October 14 for a four day tour.
