Royal expert Carole Malone has made claims that Kate Middleton feels threatened by Meghan Markle’s presence since she joined the Royal Family.
The royal broadcaster and journalist appeared on Kate V Meghan: Princesses at War to discuss how Kate has been feeling “put out” ever since Meghan married Prince Harry.
After spending years in the spotlight on her own as the “young gorgeous girl that everyone has been photographing” since she first started dating Prince William, Carole speculates that Kate may be feeling “a little put out when this gorgeous, American Hollywood star arrived on the scene.”

After labelling the two women as “very different characters”, Carole went on to describe Kate as a “quintessential English rose” due to attending private schools and never being an “outspoken feminist in the way Meghan is,” while Meghan came from a totally different family and is a “driven girl.”
She then went into the depths of Meghan’s upbringing, highlighting that Meghan’s family was dysfunctional and her parents divorced which forced Meghan to “strive for everything that she got.”

The duchesses presented a united front on Christmas 2018, following rumours of a growing rift between the two of them.
The pair interacted with smiles on their faces as they exchanged friendly and light conversation.
