Summer season mocktail
Ingredients
Method
1.Peel pineapple. Remove and discard core. Cut pineapple into small pieces. Place in a large punch jug or bowl.
2.Peel mango. Cut flesh from stone, then cut flesh into 
small pieces. Add to jug.
3.Cut strawberries into thin slices and add to jug. Refrigerate, covered, until serving.
4.Just before serving, add fruit juice, ginger ale, mineral water, ice cubes and mint.
