From the moment they first laid eyes on each other during their on-screen nuptials, it was clear that Olivia Frazer and Jackson Lonie had a strong connection.

The Married At First Sight couple had instant chemistry, and were clearly smitten with one another from that first meet alone.
“I think I’m going to have a graze under my chin from my jaw-dropping that much,” Jackson told the cameras of his bride.
“She seems like an amazing person. She’s genuine, she’s caring, she’s down to earth. She seems like my person.”
For Olivia the feelings were mutual and in an interview with our sister publication WHO, she expressed her disbelief at how well they hit it off.
“I wasn’t prepared for it to be so good and so easy straight off the bat,” she said.
“We literally woke up the morning after the wedding, driving in the car on the way to our honeymoon, and it was like being in the car with my boyfriend.
“We didn’t have to force it, it just felt so natural. It just felt like the first day of the rest of our lives,” she added.
Olivia, a 29-year-old teaching student from NSW, and Jackson, a 31-year-old plumber from Victoria, quickly became fan-favourites for their blossoming romance.
However, viewers turned against Olivia after seeing a new outspoken side to her, a stark difference from the “sweetheart” we were originally introduced to.
Her dramatic shift also caught Jackson by surprise, and it ultimately put a heavy strain on their otherwise perfect relationship.
While the pair were able to overcome their differences and save their relationship, they did hit a few more bumps along the way.
So, where does that leave Olivia and Jackson now? When New Idea caught up with the pair in April 2022, they were still very much together and even talking about starting a family.
“Our relationship has very much progressed since wrapping the show. Being off camera has brought us a lot of peace,” Olivia told us, who is now sharing a home with Jackson on NSW’s Central Coast after he was previously based in Melbourne.
“Babies are definitely on the brain,” Olivia said. “[We want to] travel, buy a house, and make our marriage legal before we’re ready for a bub.”
“He’s the best human I know, so I know he’s going to be a very present, very fun dad one day,” she added of Jackson.
But, just weeks after New Idea caught up with the couple, their relationship came crashing down after Jackson was caught kissing another woman.
Footage of Jackson locking lips with the mystery woman – later identified as Hannah Hughes – went viral over the weekend, after they were spotted making out in a bar in Melbourne.
After footage of the kiss blew up online, Olivia was left “speechless” by the whole ordeal but continued to stand by Jackson.
“We’re still together… I have told him to have a big think about what he wants,” she told the Daily Mail at the time. The pair also released a joint video statement, which you can learn more about here.
But shortly after, the pair called in quits for good, taking to their respective social media pages to share the sad news.
“After a wonderful ten months together we have decided to go our separate ways. There has always been a lot of love in our relationship and there will continue to be as we transition into a friendship.
“We have nothing but love and respect for one another, and no one is to blame for the end of this relationship. Simply a case of ‘almost perfect'”.
But only a few months later the couple sparked rumours that they had rekindled their romance after Olivia posted a sound clip of Jackson snoring in her bed, hinting that they had spent the night together.
But according to Jackson who responded to questions from fans about their relationship status, the pair were “friends, and that’s it.”
Despite Jackson closing that door, Olivia seems eager to call Jackson her boyfriend once more, revealing in an Instagram Live that she was “trying” to get back with her former fake husband.
But in the latest update the pair seem to be firm friends (for now), Olivia telling Yahoo Lifestyle that the couple had “very much tried” to maintain a strong friendship.
“It’s just, to be honest, he hurts my feelings a lot. So I think he thinks that I’ll get back together with him at the drop of a hat. And so when we have conversations, he thinks that he’s going to lead me on if he’s nice to me.”
Olivia then added that whilst Jackson was usually “very big and warm and lovely,” his attitude towards her had changed completely in recent months.
“He’s quite cold and it’s really hard to go from being in a very loving relationship to trying to be friendly exes, and he’s quite icy with me.”
“For him to put that wall up and be quite conservative with me is a really big change and I don’t like it. And I am capable of being warm and lovely with absolutely anybody, like all my exes and I am still really good friends and I still speak to them really kindly. So to not get that back from someone that I do cherish is too hard to continue to put myself out there and be in the friendship right now.”
“I just have nothing but love and respect for him, but there just needs to be a bit of space at the moment.”
In November 2023, Olivia made yet another sad update on the state of her relationship with Jackson, revealing on the podcast Back to Reality, that the former couple were no longer on speaking terms.
“When Jackson and I broke up, we had this agreement to always speak nicely about each other. And I really feel like I’ve held up my end of the deal. And I’ve been too nice and stroked his ego for the last, well over the last year,” the Only Fans model shared.
“And whenever he’s talked about me, it’s been I hope Liv finds a nice guy, which sounds nice. But when you’re as hated as I am, people are going to interpret that as he hopes that she finds someone nice so that she gets the fuck away from him, or leaves him alone because she’s a stage five clinger. And that’s how people interpret that,” she added.
“And I’ve been asking him to stop saying it for the last year, and he keeps on doing it.”
Olivia also called out her ex-partner for being disingenuous, especially when it came to her catfishing ordeal earlier this year.
“And then even with the whole Scottish guy thing. Jack didn’t contact me about that. I saw him commenting on media outlets pages as if I was going to read it like, oh, good luck Liv, Better luck next time… You’re not writing that on my post.”
“You’re saying that on a media outlet story, like in the comment section so that you look like a good guy, but you actually, you’re not speaking to me about it.”
