It was the question that just wouldn’t let go on last night’s episode of Married At First Sight – why won’t Nasser be intimate with his wife Gabrielle?
Dr Nikki Goldstein, a famed Australian sexologist, spoke to Daily Mail about the several ‘alarm bells’ she has seen that indicate the 50-year-old may never go to the next step with his on-screen wife. This despite boasting of a long string of conquests, even claiming, ‘I’ve slept with over 1,000 women.’
‘There are alarm bells ringing. He is 50 and has never lived with somebody before,’ she says. ‘Sure, that in and of itself isn’t worrying, but when you get to 50, you might start to wonder why he’s never lived with someone.’
‘At the wedding, he was talking about how beautiful Gabrielle is and how into her he is. But he hasn’t acted on what he’s been saying,’ Goldstein explained. ‘So I actually question his verbals to her. Is he really into her or is he just here to see where it goes?’
‘Alarm bells are ringing. He’s one of these guys, maybe he really wants to be into it but he isn’t?’
Gabrielle hasn’t been shy of sharing her intentions of ‘hopping in between the sheets’ with her husband, even going so far as telling him it’s not ‘Mates At First Sight’.
