Octomom’s suicide shock

‘I didn’t want to live’

Nadya Suleman shocked the world when she gave birth to octuplets back in January 2009. When it was revealed that she was already an unemployed mother of six, Nadya received a lot of public backlash which nearly drove her to suicide, claims Star.

‘Everyday I woke up with a dead feeling inside of me.’ Nadya revealed to Star. ‘I was disgusted with myself and I didn’t want to live.’

Nadya admitted to the publication that it was a foolish decision to have the embryos from her ex-husband, Marco Guiterrez, implanted.

‘I didn’t think through the consequences.’

Already struggling to look after her 6 older children, the publication claims that Nadya was desperate for cash to provide for her 14 kids. As a result, she made an adult film and began stripping in men’s clubs.

‘I did those things because I was terrified I couldn’t support my children and give them the life they deserved,’ she said.

Nadya began using a prescription tranquilizer benzodiazepine and mixing it with alcohol, claims Star. But, a gentleman from the strip club made her see that there was another way.

‘That’s when I knew I had to be my healthy self again. I didn’t want my kids not to have a mum,’ she reveals.
