Kmart Pie Maker lovers are now making KFC PIES – and they sound goooooooood!

We’ll never tire of seeing all the ingenious ways that clever home cooks around the country use their trusty pie makers.Whether it be quiches, cupcakes, scones and not to mention every pie variation under the sun, there’s no shortage of ingenious ideas using the $29 Kmart appliance.

But this latest variation is one that all KFC lovers will love – trust us!

Home cook Lincoln took to the amazing Kmart Pie Maker Recipes, Tips and Ideas Australia Facebook page to reveal his great for using up leftovers from your big KFC meal. 

‘Boxing day and 38 degrees in the water bag,’ he revealed. ‘KFC for lunch and leftovers into pies mixed with potato and gravy. If you never want your kids to leave home just make these often 😂!’He added: ‘Trust me, they don’t last long!’

Ha! Lincoln’s idea got the big thumbs up from his fellow Kmart Pie Maker home chefs, who labelled him a ‘bloody genius!’‘OMG great idea!’ wrote one. Added another: ‘You are a genius wouldn’t have thought of KFC pies with potato & gravy will have to try this one…’Revealed Lincoln: ‘Anything is Pie-ossible if you have an imagination!’So true!
