Police have responded to a disturbance call at former 90210 star Tori Spelling’s home.

TMZ reportedly spoke to Los Angeles law enforcement, who revealed that police arrived after a 911 caller claimed the star was having a ‘nervous breakdown.’

The New York Post reports that Spelling did not have a weapon, but behaved aggressively before the police got there.

The 44-year-old actress also called 911 herself on Wednesday to report a break-in, but it was just her husband Dean McDermott coming home, reports claim.

Source believe the star’s breakdown is due to the several financial setbacks she has suffered in the last year.

In November 2017, Spelling was ordered to appear in court over an unpaid $US220,000 judgment she owed to City National Bank, which sued her and McDermott for failing to pay back a $US188,000 loan.

In September, McDermott missed enough of his $US1500 monthly child support payments to his ex-wife, Mary Jo Eustace, to risk jail time — after narrowly avoiding incarceration for the same offence in March 2017.

The IRS drained the couple’s bank accounts in April 2017 over unpaid back taxes.
