The Chase Australia’s Mark “The Beast” Labbett previously revealed he was trying to work through his marital issues with his cheating wife Katie.

And as part of his plan to rekindle his relationship with his partner, who is also his second cousin, the 54-year-old has dropped a staggering amount of weight.
Taking to Twitter last week, the quizmaster shared a photo of himself looking much slimmer, along with the caption: “Only one pie for tea.”
In the snap, Mark was all smiles as he proudly showed off an oversized pie, which was emblazoned with his nickname “The Beast”.
Mark called it quits with his 26-year-old wife, after he found out she had been cheating on him for a year, but he has since had a change of heart and is trying to work things out.
According to The Sun, the 54-year-old weighed 171kgs at his heaviest, but he revealed last year that he had lost a whopping 15kgs and it appears he is continuing to overhaul himself.
Taking to Twitter at the time, Mark stated: “#thechase lost four inches off my chest and six inches off my belly in last six months. So they have bought me a new suit for the show. First target achieved.”
In a follow-up message, the entertainer mentioned British soap star Lisa Riley, who has lost 70 kilograms.
“@Reallisariley I am not at your level yet but in last six months dropped 2.5 stones, four inches off chest and six inches off stomach,” he captioned.
Lisa wrote back: “Mark that’s FANTASTIC … and now you keep strong and keep going. With ZERO pressure doing it at your own pace, this is for YOU and nobody else CHAMPION, I’m crazy proud of you @MarkLabbett.”
As it turns out, Mark’s dramatic weight loss may have something to do with his previous confession that he had been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.
He previously told The Sun: “I’m not going to complain. I’ve done the crime so I’ll do the time.”
