Buyer’s agent Greville Pabst from PropertyDuo was bought in on Monday night’s episode of The Block to judge the Buyers Jury.
Here he spills to New Idea who he thinks will be the overall winners and losers of the show.
Despite Norm and Jess winning the Buyers Jury, Greville feels that there is another couple who will take home the overall prize.
‘I have a hard time choosing between the two penthouses and they have a very different style/design,’ Greville says.
‘Norm and Jess has gone for a very bright and airy feel while Bianca and Carla is going for a more New York loft feel in their apartment.
‘Among the other three apartments I believe Courtney and Hans will perform the best due to its size,’ he adds.
‘The apartment I feel the least excited about is apartment number 3, Hayden and Sara’s,’ Greville spills.
‘The layout of the kitchen, living and dining area isn’t functional, as they placed the living area in between the kitchen and dining.
‘The space also lacks personality and it feels like they’re not targeted any particular demographic.
‘There’s also a lack of consistency between the master bedroom and master ensuite, and the golden bathtub is going to polarise buyers who will either love it or hate it. It’s risky as you need to attract the broader market,’ he concludes.
