The reality star, 29, revealed exclusively to WHO that she is planning on going under the knife to drastically alter her appearance, having booked in for rhinoplasty surgery next month.

‘I’m booked in to get corrective surgery on my nose next month,’ she admitted on Friday, September 30. ‘It will only be subtle.’

Adding: ‘I am going to a doctor in Double Bay, as he was highly recommend to me by a few of my close friends.’

Keira’s decision to undergo cosmetic surgery came after she became unhappy with her appearance after seeing herself on television.

‘When you see yourself on television you just notice things and you end up picking yourself apart so much,’ she explained, adding that the procedure will take place in November.

The reality star also confirmed that it’s not the first time she has surgically altered her appearance.

‘The only other cosmetic surgery I’ve had in the past is lip fillers and I’ve also had my eyebrows feather tattooed.’

On Tuesday, Keira was seen leaving a plastic surgery in Sydney, where she bumped into former Big Brother contestant Skye Wheatley.

Keira shared a snap of herself with fellow reality TV star Skye – who is currently also preparing for a rhinoplasty procedure – to Snapchat, writing: “Bumped into this babe @skye.wheatley.”
