Former Olympic swimmer Giaan Rooney gave birth to her daughter Alexa on Thursday.
The Channel Seven sports commentator – who already has three year old son Zander with husband Sam Levett – made the announcement on her Instagram account.
Alongside three photos of the little girl, the 34-year-old old wrote: ‘Thrilled to announce the safe arrival of our precious daughter, Alexa (Lexi) Leigh Levett at 2.20pm on the 14th of June! Mum is very glad she decided to come out over 2 weeks early as she weighed in at 4.06kg (8’15”) so didn’t need any more cooking! Dad, @theherdonline participated in delivery & is besotted whilst Zander is yet to meet his little sister but ‘doesn’t want to talk about it anymore’ apparently!😆 All doing very well & enjoying our little blissful bubble!’
