She bought herself a puppy last Christmas, cheekily admitting ‘I needed loyalty, so I got a dog,’ and Samantha Armytage has confessed she’s absolutely besotted with her gorgeous Labrador, Banjo.
Speaking to New Idea from the Logies red carpet last night, the Sunrise host couldn’t help but gush about the man in her life.
‘He’s so sweet, I love him,’ she said.
‘He’s one of the best things I’ve ever done, he’s really sweet and he’s really good company.’
However, whilst Sam looked stunning in a sleek, asymmetric navy gown whilst walking the Logies red carpet, she did admit cheeky Banjo is paying havoc with her beauty regime.
‘Because I’ve got a five-month-old puppy I’ve got terrible nails so I had to get them done for this!’ she joked.
‘He’s chewing a bit and he’s chewed up a pair of Hugo Boss shoes.’
