Matt Damon has paid a touching tribute to the late Heath Ledger.
To celebrate the release of the latest Bourne movie, Damon is featured on the August cover of of GQ magazine.
Instead of ‘asking Damon dumb questions’ about the movie, the editors for the magazine also turned to those who know him the best: George Clooney, Martin Scorsese and Ben Affleck.
However, when it came time to talk about his movie The Brothers Grimm, Damon turned the attention to his co-star Ledger.
‘He was too bright for this world. Coming off [The Brother’s Grimm, I was] telling everybody that I just worked with the best actor I’ve ever seen,’ he said.
‘And people were like, “What are you talking about? The guy from A Knight’s Tale?” And I was like, “You just wait. And wait until you see what kind of a director he’s gonna be.’
