It’s been a tough few days for Ning on Married At First Sight as the mother-of-three laid bare her feelings during the vow renewal ceremony only to be shut down by Mark’s shocking decision to end it all.
This morning, the jilted MAFS bride spoke with Heather, Dan & Ben on Gold Coast 90.0 Sea FM about her experience on the Channel 9 social experiment – and the feedback wasn’t great.

Asked what she had to say about appearing on future installments of the show, Ning flatly declared: “I would just say run. Don’t do it!”
“You have to dig so deep in the experiment, oh my God – who wants to be vulnerable?” she added.
But while she strongly advised against signing up for the social experiment to find love, Ning credited the series for showing her how she can improve as a person.
“I liked the comments [from the public], I actually enjoyed it.
“You’ve got a lot of positives, a lot of negatives, it shows you a lot of things you need to work on as a person.
“I think people are going to watch it back and say – oh my God, I’m such a horrible person. That’s what I see!
“You learn so much about yourself.”
