Since coming out as gay on Valentine’s Day in 2012, Magda Szubanski, has been upfront about her personal life.
However, the 55-year-old speaks more candidly than ever about her battles in an interview for A Current Affair.
The former Kath And Kim star refers to herself as a ‘single, fat, lesbian middle-aged woman’ and admits she has ‘broken a lot of barriers’ in recent years.
Magda has famously opened up about her struggle to come out in her autobiography Reckoning: A Memoir recently won Book of the Year at the Australian Book Industry Awards.
