She filed for divorce saying she doesn’t want child support, but Lisa Marie Presley may not need it.
The singer divorced her fourth husband Michael Lockwood after ten years of marriage, citing ‘irreconcilable differences’ earlier this year.
Now, new reports reveal Lockwood will seek full custody of their twins Harper and Finley.
‘At Lisa’s request, child protective services was brought in to monitor the situation right after she and Michael split,’ a family insider told Radar.
The source further alleged to the site that, ‘Now she regrets that decision because the social worker put her under a microscope and based on a negative evaluation, Lisa was sent to rehab.
‘Michael is now lawyering up to get full custody of their girls.
‘Even if Lisa Marie gets clean, Michael will argue that she’s often a disinterested and absentee parent.’
Lisa Marie has not yet responded to Radar’s report.
This is Presley’s fourth divorce. The singer-songwriter has been married to Danny Keough – who fathered two children Riley and Ben – then Michael Jackson from 1994 to 1996 and Nicholas Cage from 2002 to 2004.
