Olympian Lisa Curry posted a photo of her son after he was rushed to the hospital for a broken shoulder after playing Oztag.
Curry’s son Jett Kenny, 24, had to have surgery on his shoulder after an injury he sustained while playing a social game of sport.
The former I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! contestant took to Instagram to share a photo of Jett lying on a hospital bed with his arm in a sling, along with the caption, “My poor bub after surgery… such a shame to be out of action for months. I know plenty of people go through it but as a mum it’s always tough to see your kid work so hard and then become a spectator…. rest, recover, come back bigger and stronger 💪🏻Go Jett Go💪🏻 @jertkenny”
Jett takes after his athletic mother and is an ironman as well as a model.
On his own Instagram story, Jett revealed that he broke his shoulder just a day before his birthday by falling mid-chase during the game.
Jett posted a close-up image of his gruesome injury to Instagram, clearly able to see the funny side in the situation Kenny quipped, “Try saving effort.”
