Shocking new domestic violence claims have been levelled against Johnny Depp, with allegations the actor tried to suffocate estranged wife Amber Heard with a pillow during a drunken rage.
A friend of the actress has revealed she found Amber ‘battered and bruised’ at her LA apartment after the reported attack, with a chunk of hair missing from her head.
The pal told the New York Post: ‘This incident really stuck with me because she confided in me that day that she feared for her life after an intoxicated Johnny tried to suffocate her with a pillow.’
Amber filed for divorce on May 23, later claiming that she’s lived in fear of ‘violent’ Johnny throughout their 15-month marriage. Friends and family of the actor – who’s worth $400million – hit back at her allegations, with one pal claiming she was attempting to blackmail Johnny with false allegations.
