Crikey! Move over Bindi, there’s a new star in the Irwin family…
12-year-old Bob’s TV show Wild But True has been nominated for an Emmy Award.
Shown on Discovery Kids, the show explores how nature has influenced science and has been nominated in the Kids: Factual section of the International Emmy Kids Awards.
While Bindi has long been considered the most likely to follow in their dad Steve’s showbiz footsteps, the show has given Bob a chance to showcase his inherited on-screen charisma and enthusiasm.
‘[Dad] was really, really passionate in every single things that he did. And I think it’s really important to carry on what he did,’ says Bob.
