After months of ‘will they, won’t they’ speculation, the time has nally come… Scarlett (Tania Nolan) and Justin (James Stewart) are over, and she’s leaving the Bay with another man.
Having recently reunited with her husband Caleb (Josh McConville), a torn Scarlett knows she must break the news to Justin – but it’s not easy.
‘At first, she had no intention of rekindling her romantic relationship with Caleb,’ Tania says.
‘But the more time she spends with him, the more she’s reminded of the deep bond that they still share. She’s completely torn.’
Things have been weird between Scarlett and Justin and there is definitely something still there between her and Caleb.
Scarlett and Justin finally have a proper talk and she tells him he was right and that it hasn’t worked between them – there was always too much in the way and that she wasn’t ready to move on.
She is leaving the Bay, and while she’s loved being there, it’s time she went back to her real life with Caleb in Adelaide.
She tells him that her feelings for him are very real, and a devastated Justin tells her that she must give her marriage its best chance.
The only upside is that this means Justin’s heart is up for grabs again.
