Heartbreaking news for Jessica Simpson

Jessica Simpson’s father Joe has confirmed he has been diagnosed with prostate cancer.

Having undergone surgery after being diagnosed two months ago, a rep for Joe has confirmed the operation went well.

Having moved on from being a manager to daughters Jessica and Ashlee, Joe is now back at work in his new career as a photographer and is heading to Japan to work on a number of projects.
