Since Married At First Sight first hit screens in 2015, questions have been raised over the experts matchmaking.
According to season one bride Roni Azzopardi, there is something wrong with the system which paired her with Michael O’Dea.
‘I would love to know who is actually doing the matchmaking,’ she told news.com.au.
‘I remember they said on TV — because I was social, and he was social, that’s why they matched us.
‘The fact that we’re social is not going to give us a lifelong happy marriage — that’s not what I want in a life partner. It was a let down, definitely.’
The Melbourne payroll manager admitted to the website that she knew something was wrong with the match ‘within a couple of days.
‘I was getting nothing from the guy I was matched with … it was disappointing.’
