Cate Blanchett is in the grips of an unwelcome scandal after her husband was caught getting very close to Love Child star Harriet Dyer.
The exclusive photos and video show Andrew Upton – Cate’s husband of nearly 20 years – on a night out with the gorgeous 27-year-old actress, with the pair putting their arms around each other, holding hands and flirting while knocking back drinks at a Sydney bar.
The footage shows father-of-four Andrew, 50, affectionately squeezing Harriet’s shoulder several times, with the blonde grabbing his arm often as they spoke, and nuzzling in close to talk to him. At one point, Andrew can be seen standing a metre away from Harriet, who plays Patricia Saunders on the hit drama series, to play pool – until she drags him back to stand by her side so they can continue their close conversation.
