Last week rumours surfaced that Jennifer Aniston was mortified she was alone at her age.
“She never thought she would be single at 50, and even though she’s outwardly insisting she’s fine about it, deep down shes humiliated,” a source told Radar.

According to PEOPLE, the World War Z star was seen outside the actress’ shindig held at the Sunset Tower Hotel in Los Angeles on Feb 9.
Pitt, 55, casually made his way to the hotel, where his ex-wife, who celebrates her 50th Birthday on Feb 11, hosted her huge bash. The actor arrived at the hotspot with his long hair slicked back underneath a cap, photos show.
An insider close to Jen revealed, “Ellen [DeGeneres] and Portia [de Rossi] arranged an intimate pre-birthday dinner for Jen at West Hollywood’s Soho House for a group of 12 close friends in a bid to get Jen excited about her big birthday and to cheer her up.
“They’d just ordered some drinks when Brad walked over to the table and Jen nearly fell off her chair when she realised it was him – bursting out in tears it was clear all the emotions of the past few months had finally come to a head,” they added.
According to the source, everyone seemed a bit shocked, and Brad explained he’d been there having an early dinner meeting with his manager and knew Jen would be there so wanted to surprise her. With news surfacing recently the actor is rumoured to be dating Charlize Theron, everyone was a little taken aback by his move, but it could be a sign that he wants to see himself and Jen back as a couple.
Ellen seemed hesitant about him joining them, but Jen gave her a nod to indicate it was OK and Brad pulled up a chair next to Jen where he sat and laughed with the group for a good hour before making his excuses.
“He arranged for her favourite dessert of churros with caramel and white chocolate sauce to come out, as well as having the barman make her favourite margarita to go with it, which Jen appreciated, as despite everything that’s happened between them, it showed his thoughtfulness, and he still cares about her,” the source spilled.
It has been a rough week for Jen after finding out that her ex Justin Theroux is expecting a baby with his girlfriend Laura Harrier. Sources say it was the surprise she did not want to hear.
“Jen was in pieces after Justin made the bombshell call to her while she was filming her new show. And she told her pal Reese Witherspoon she felt as if someone was trying to repeatedly punish her with one bad thing after another,” the source added.
“She always dreamed of having a baby with Justin and maybe even having two little ones by the time she was 50, so to be single and face the news he’s starting a family with a woman half her age was a bitter blow and it sent her spiralling.
“Justin said he wanted Jen to be the first to know out of respect for her as he revealed Laura’s due in the [northern] summer and their new arrival could even come before their divorce has been finalised, which Jen said would be her worst nightmare.”
But with Brad making Jen’s celebrations that bit more special, she is once again feeling back on top. “He told Jen he had a gift for her he wanted to bring by and while she said it may be too soon, it cheered her up knowing that he’d gone to the effort to make things right and ensure he still spoiled her on her birthday, as he always promised he would.”
