She’s Australia’s beloved Princess – a woman who worked in marketing before meeting and marrying the handsome Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark.
And Princess Mary delighted fans with her down-to-earth approach as she met locals during her tour of Ethiopia on March. 27.
Mary dressed casually for the occasion – wearing her brunette hair high on her head in a relaxed bun.
She opted for a crisp blue linen shirt and beige slacks – as she happily hi-fived those who had stepped out to meet her.
Mary clutched a bouquet of vibrant orange and white roses for the heartwarming visit to Shire in Tigray and beamed warmly as she met the crowd.
On her right hand she wore a simple woven bracelet and her sunglasses were perched between the buttons of her shirt.
The 47-year-old was in Ethopia for a two-day trip.
She has been in the country to discuss gender equality, as well as the rights and opportunities of women and girls.
