Prince Louis is set to take on an exciting new role in the royal family – one that his siblings Prince George and Princess Charlotte have already experienced.

According to Express, the youngest of Prince William and Kate Middleton‘s children is likely to play a key role in the wedding of his uncle James Middleton (who announced his engagement to girlfriend Alizee Thevenet last week).
Despite being an 18-month-old, Prince Louis could be a pageboy in the ceremony, along with his brother Prince George.
What’s more, Princess Charlotte is also likely to be in the bridal party at James’ wedding.
Charlotte and George will be reprising their roles from previous royal weddings, including Meghan Markle and Prince Harry and Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank’s weddings last year.
Prince Louis was too young to have a role in the royal weddings of 2018, having only been five months old for Princess Eugenie’s wedding.
James and Alizee are yet to confirm where and when they will marry, but experts from the Royally Obsessed podcast believes the children of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will be part of the nuptials.
“It’s a reminder that we’re running out of royal weddings so I’m very happy these two are coming up,” Kaitlin Menza.
“Beatrice’s and James Middleton’s but that’s it.
“I hope James’ is on the scale of Pippa’s in that we get to see all the images at the church so we feel included.”
Lisa Ryan added: “Of course and maybe his little nieces and nephews will be getting involved as pageboys and bridesmaids.”
Ms Menza added she believes Louis will be “ready” to join his siblings in the spotlight.
She said: “Louis! He’s walking now but I think he will be ready for that kind of role by next year.
“I have faith in him. I think he will.”
The royal children are also expected to play a role in Princess Beatrice‘s wedding with fiance Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi in Windsor next year.
