Feed the family for less with this cheap and easy dish.

1.Squeeze spinach and discard excess liquid.

Heat oil in a medium frying pan over a medium to high heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook, stirring, until soft. 
Add spinach. Stir until any liquid has evaporated. Transfer to a large bowl. Cool.
3.Stir in feta and ¼ cup of the parmesan. Season.
4.Cut pastry sheets in half lengthways. Place on a clean bench. Divide spinach filling evenly down one long edge of each piece of pastry. Brush opposite long edge with egg. 
Roll up to enclose filling. Cut 
each length in half.
5.Place rolls, seam-side down, on two oven trays lined with baking paper. Brush with egg. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan.
6.Cook in a hot oven (200C) for about 20 minutes, or until pastry is golden and puffed. Stand for 5 minutes.
7.Serve rolls with tzatziki, salad and lemon wedges.
