Ingredients

Method

1.

Toss chicken, in three batches, in corn flour in a shallow dish. Arrange in a single layer in 
a large roasting pan lined with baking paper.


2.

Combine beer, sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic powder and salt in a jug. Mix well. Pour over chicken. Toss well to coat.


3.

Cook in a hot oven (200C), turning halfway through, for about 50
 minutes, or
 until chicken is
 cooked. Remove 
from oven.

4.

Toss chicken in the roasting pan to coat in sauce. Serve immediately.
