Jessica Simpson has been slammed online for sharing a seemingly innocent photo of her daughter Maxwell to Instagram.
The 37-year-old singer shared a photo of herself and her young daughter in a MAC Cosmetics store with the five-year-old messing around with a little bit of purple lipstick.
Simpson shared the photo with the caption, ‘This is NOT an #ad, @maccosmetics is my daughter’s favorite store! Mommy-Daughter Day with #MAXIDREW #girlygoth’
A group of people have slammed the star, telling her that her daughter is too young to be wearing makeup.
‘She’s too young for make-up. Your going to regret it. Trust me,’ one wrote.
Another added, ‘I think it’s crazy for a 5 year old but that’s just my opinion.’
‘Her favorite store?? OMG. She should be playing outside or learning about the world not sitting in a chair putting on make up at MAC. What’s wrong with you,’ said a third.
