Aldi officially launches a restaurant

A three-course-meal costs a mere $12.

Aldi has officially launched a new restaurant – and the internet has been raving about it all day!

Sadly for Australians eager to sample the budget supermarket’s dining experience — which is only a jaw-dropping $12 for three courses — it’s in located only in Munich, Germany

testthebest1807, a German blogger, posted a thorough review of her experience on Instagram, as well as a snap of her meal, the menu and the outside of the new restaurant.

The menu at the bistro changes each week, and is designed to showcase its selection of produce and wines from the discount supermarket.

Aldi spokeswoman Sandra Sibylle Schoofs told The Mirror: ‘In the middle of the city centre in Munich, we not only create a central meeting place for everyone, but also give our customers the opportunity to try out delicious recipes and take them home.’
