Ask at any nail salon which shades are their most requested and they will very quick tell you – bold red and ballet slipper pink.
And it’s easy to see why. Both shades are seriously classy, look gorgeous on all colourings and can be worn day or night. But are they adventurous? Hmm. Not really.
What is adventurous right now is nails painted green. That’s right green!
And we’re talking everything from Kelly green to lime, mint through to emerald. Green is the colour of the moment and we’ll admit it – we’re happy about that.
Sure, traditional hues are always lovely but nail polish is meant to be fun – a declaration of who you are and how you’re feeling. A way of telling the world that not only are you on trend but you’re up for adventure, should it come your way.

If you love the sound of that but you’re not sure which green to go with, here’s a selection of our current faves.
Are they lovely? Heck yes they are. We can confidently say there’s one with your name on it. Damn – there may even be several.
