The health-conscious star – who once admitted she would love to have supermodel Gisele Bundchen’s body – has made no secret of the fact she puts in a lot of effort maintaining her figure.
The Cake star prefers to start the day with hot water and lemon, followed by a protein shake, or occasionally treats herself to a breakfast of toast and avocado with poached eggs.
And Jen is showing no signs of slowing down on the exercise front, crediting her yoga teacher, Mandy Ingber, for her toned limbs and a gruelling double daily workout.
‘I go in and out of [certain exercises]. I do The Class by Taryn Toomey, and I’m back in the gym with my trainer, throwing heavy boulders around and pushing medicine balls and wiggling and shaking that big rope thing,’ she told Vogue.
‘It kicks your butt, though, so I dip in and out of that throughout the year. And then I do 45 minutes of intervals on my elliptical. I raise the incline, run for two minutes, walk for one, run for two... and I do it for 20 minutes straight until I’m just drenched.’
No wonder why she's looking so good!
