Two Australian women who lost a combined total of 17 kilos in just 28 days have shared their top exercise tips.
Sister-in-laws Evanthia and Elle embarked on a month-long-challenge and after seeing the results want to motivate others to get healthy and fit and lose weight.

The pair embarked on a challenge by fitness program FitazFk – involving simple workouts that use a series of exercises performed every minute on the minute for a total of 28 minutes.
This, along with a detailed food plan created by the program’s in-house nutritionist led to the pair’s weight loss success.
‘After having my second baby I thought it wasn’t possible to get back into shape and finding the time and motivation was starting to become near impossible,’ Evanthia shared on Instagram.

‘But after completing this challenge with none other than my sister-in-law Elle who mentioned this challenge in the first place I now have the tools and motivation to keep going on my #sexyback journey!
‘I am three months post pregnancy and feeling stronger, more energised and confident in what I eat. And it doesn’t end here. The challenge goes on,’ she added.
And when it comes to the advice the mum would offer to anyone wanting to shed a few kilos before Christmas, it’s simple.

‘Find someone you can start your journey with,’ Evanthia tells New Idea.
‘You can motivate and support each other and keep each other on track. It makes a huge difference doing it with someone rather than on your own.
‘Cleanse your home of all junk and sweets too,’ she says. ‘It doesn’t hurt to have a junk free home for all.’

And her final piece of advice is to prioritise.
‘Just 30 minutes to an hour is all you need,’ she says. ‘That hour will change your life physically and mentally.’
‘We feel amazing, we look amazing, we are stronger, fitter and healthier and we did it together,’ Elle agrees.
