‘They’re easier to peel - and tastier!’

We love a good cooking hack here at New Idea Food, and this one has gone 100% viral on social media today.While there are millions of ways to cook eggs, this latest way has fans claiming it’s the easiest and tastiest way to cook hard-boiled eggs.

So how do you do it? By baking them in the oven! That’s right, but popping them in a muffin tray and baking them in 160 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes you get a perfectly cooked hard-boiled egg. For a softer-boiled egg, cook it for around 15 to 20 minutes. 

Says one fan: ‘Best eggs I ever tasted!’ Added another: ‘They’re so much easier to peel this way, it’s just easy easy easy.’

Said a third: ‘I have cooked eggs every which way, but this is the best. So good.’

So giving this a go!
