The secret $4 Coles product that will remove the dirt you never knew was in your washing machine

It’s the hot new cleaning craze sweeping Australia – cleaning out your washing machine.While it’s hard to believe that your washing machine – which cleans clothes all day – can actually get dirty, it seems it’s 100% true.

But now a new product promises to give your washing machine the proper clean it deserves – and it’s gaining cult status amongst many Aussie mums. 

Facebook has been inundated with posts from mums sharing the filth that Pine O Cleen’s Washing Machine Cleaner – which is currently on special at Coles for $4 – extracts from your machine. 

Mum Nivedita recently took to the Mums Who Clean group to reveal the amazing results she achieved from the new product, saying: ‘I have a front loader and was skeptical so I caught the water to take a look. OMG the bottom half of the bucket was like chunky dirty custard!!!’

Added another: ‘I loved walking into my laundry when I had it on a wash.. My machine smells so much cleaner since I used it. I did my cleanse with the Blue Pine-O-Clean Washing Machine Cleaner on Saturday!! Such a great invention this cleaner!!’Said mum Karen: ‘Saw a post about this earlier in the week and thought I’d give it a go … WOW!! Water was filthy (final deep rinse and water was clean and clear). Great product – about $5 – cleans, deodorises and smells so lovely.’
