Well now a clever home cook at the Kmart Pie Maker Recipes, Tips and Ideas Australia Facebook group has come up with the ingenious idea of making CHOCOLATE Snow Cakes – and you only need two ingredients!
We’ve of course heard of Snow Cakes before, but now Kmart Pie Maker fan Shirlene has made this chocolate variety – and how good do they look?
Savvy Shirlene made the unbelievable cakes using just 1 cup of lemonade and Green’s chocolate cake mix, then decorated them with different fillings and toppings to create these masterpieces.Writes Shirlene: ‘I made chocolate cake in the pie maker using greens cake mix and 1 cup lemonade, iced with chocolate icing and decorated with grated white chocolate or crushed Clinkers.’She adds: ‘Half of them have cream the others have cadbury chocolate spread and cream. Can’t wait to try them.’We bet, Shirlene – they look ah-mazing! The cakes got the big thumbs up from her other Kmart Pie Maker friends, with thousands liking and commenting on her post.‘Wow they look amazing!’ said one. ‘OMG I just drooled all over my phone and put on 5lbs!!! You should definitely open a bakery!’ said another.Added a third: ‘Omg they look sensational. Yummmm. Well done. 👏👏👏’We couldn’t agree more.
