Cadbury has released a special-edition Cadbury Dairy Milk block in collaboration with Aussie icon and Michelin-starred chef, Curtis Stone – and it’s sure to be an instant hit.

To celebrate 100 years of manufacturing in Australia, Cadbury has teamed up with Curtis to create an Australian inspired indulgent treat with a chocolate twist – Cadbury Dairy Milk Curtis Stone’s Caramel Slice.
The Caramel Slice recipe, which comes from Curtis’ mother, was the inspiration behind this delicious new flavour, and it was one of the first kitchen creations Curtis has fond memories of making with his mum.
Made from smooth and creamy Cadbury Dairy Milk milk chocolate, each bite is layered with smooth flowing caramel, vanilla flavoured crème and biscuit pieces, creating the nostalgic taste of a homemade caramel slice.

Speaking of how the Cadbury Dairy Milk Caramel Slice flavour combination came to life, Curtis reminisces, “I chose this recipe because it brings back really fond memories for me being a little boy, cooking with my mum, and now making magical memories cooking this Aussie favourite with my own kids at home.
“So, I’m really excited to be launching the Cadbury Dairy Milk Curtis Stone’s Caramel Slice block at Coles which has been locally produced in the Cadbury chocolate factory in Tasmania.”
