Kate Fischer has discussed her struggle with multiple eating disorders on February 1 episode of I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here.

Fischer, now known as Tziporah Malkah, revealed her initial issue began with over-eating, which escalated following her parents’ divorce. Later in life though, the model developed anorexia and bulimia.

Co-stars Lisa Curry, Tegan Martin and Natalie Bassingthwaighte were among those in camp listening as Tziporah told her story.

While she was one of Australia’s most glamorous models in the 90s, the girl struggled behind closed doors.

Malkah has also admitted her battle with her weight began at the young age of eight.

‘I have had an eating disorder since I was eight years old,’ Tziporah stated.

‘I don’t have a healthy relationship with food. Since I was eight and I am [now] forty-three. I haven’t eaten healthy within thirty-five years.’

She continued: ‘I started to not eat and then I got bulimia and all that kind of stuff.

‘By the time I started modelling at thirteen I had already had a chronic eating disorder for five years.’

Malkah also told her fellow contestants that these days she has a nutritionist who assists her with meal plans having noticeably gained weight in recent years.

At the moment, Tziporah said:  ‘I won’t eat for two or three days and then I will eat a whole Domino’s pizza.’
