Michelle Bridges is hiring a night nurse for her son Axel after struggling to cope with exhaustion.
The 45-year-old fitness guru says she hasn’t had a full night’s sleep since her son was born in December.
She said she’d decided to get help after a lot of advice from other mums.
Michelle recently revealed on Facebook that she hadn’t slept a full night since Axel’s birth. ‘I didn’t know that was possible but apparently it is.’
Experts are divided on when we should expect babies to sleep through the night.
