Meghan Markle has ‘upset’ Princess Eugenie after she didn’t attend her evening wedding reception.
According to the Telegraph, even though Prince Harry swung by for a drink, Princess Eugenie was left unhappy that they didn’t attend as a couple.
Why Meghan didn’t attend the event is unknown, but it was reported that they would miss the after party due to starting the Australia Tour the following day.
“They’ll unfortunately miss part of the after-party to allow ample travel preparation time for their flight to Australia for their upcoming tour,” a report in Bazaar stated.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced they were expecting their first child just a few day, after Princess Eugenie’s wedding on October 12.
Prince Harry and Meghan attended the lunch time reception, but Meghan failed to make the celebrity-heavy evening bash.
Meghan and Harry’s baby is said to be due in April.
An exact due date has not been confirmed, but the palace indicated that the child is expected to arrive in Spring.
