The Princess of York has taken to social media to share a very important message with her followers.

This month marks Plastic Free July, and Princess Eugenie is right behind the cause close to her heart.
“As ambassador of Project Zero, I’ve been working to raise awareness of the consequences of single – use plastic,” the 29-year-old shared on Instagram.
“I’m committed to ending my use of it and to do my part to clean up our beautiful world and oceans.”
She continued: “I hope we can all do the same. What a joy to work with such a dedicated team.”
Princess Eugenie took on the role as ambassador for the global marine charity in 2018.
“…Together we aim to inspire people to make sustainable choices to stop the ocean from drowning in plastic,” she said at the time.
