Princess Eugenie has been accused of ‘getting above her station’ and ‘acting like a Hollywood star’ – and apparently it’s all because of Meghan Markle!

According to an outrageous report on US website Radar Online, the daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson isn’t behaving with enough discretion for some alleged royal insiders, ever since Meghan came on the scene.
‘Princess Eugenie is getting way above her station,’ an insider is quoted as saying by the site.
The supposed behaviour is being labelled as evidence of the so-called ‘Meghan effect’ – which has reputedly seen minor royals acting in an increasingly ‘Hollywood’ style.
‘Because of Meghan’s Hollywood-style behaviour, it seems there’s a competition going on among younger royals about who can look most glamorous and have the most status — all of which costs the taxpayer a lot of money. It’s nonsense,’ said Radar’s source.
The story is a rare bit of negative publicity for Eugenie of late – with the young royal still enjoying the afterglow of her recent marriage to Jack Brooksbank. She’s also been the subject of plenty of pregnancy speculation.
And after skipping out on a series of major family occasions including the wedding of Lady Gabriella Windsor last weekend, the baby buzz is only growing.
