Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been flaunting their love for one another ever since their spectacular May 19 wedding – and if reports are to be believed, the couple were doing so long before their big day.
It’s been reported that the Duke of Sussex gifted the new Duchess of Sussex an original artwork by British artist Van Donna back in 2016, right before their relationship went public.
PEOPLE claim the 33-year-old royal bought the artwork in the VIP section of London’s Walton Fine Arts Gallery.
At the time, Harry told the local collector that he was looking for something for ‘an important person’ and spent a few thousand on the famous Everybody Needs Somebody To Love piece.
The piece Harry bought – which has since been rereleased, and is available for purchase – is made up of two panels.
One side features text while the other features a black stencil of a boy and girl, walking hand in hand.
Although an original of Everybody Needs Somebody is near impossible to get, prints are available ranging in price from $199 to $264.
