It's been a stressful week for Duchess Kate. After learning Islamic State fanatics were plotting to target four-year-old Prince George and a memory stick containing confidential information about the Queen's security detail was found on the street, the duchess is now having to deal with a fresh new scandal after cyber bandits have threatened to expose the royal family's secret plastic surgery files.
According to a US report, internet hackers known as The Dark Overlord have claimed to have gained access to computers belonging to a top London surgeon.
The group - who claim there are some members of the royal family in their plastic surgery bounty - are threatening to reveal intimate photos, including boob jobs, and much more, unless they are provided with a hefty sum.
However, this isn't the first time the British royals have faced a plastic surgery scandal.
According to the National Enquirer, a book revealing their shock surgery secrets planned by a mystery former royal surgeon was previously banned from being published.
The surgeon - known only as Dr X - claims to have given Prince Charles' wife Camilla a tummy tuck before their 2005 wedding.
He also claims that the seemingly natural beauty Kate has undergone two nose jobs.
'The first was after the graduation, but it was slightly off-kilter, so adjustments were made in 2011,' revealed the shock report.
