The perfect recipe for garlic & chilli seafood spaghetti

This low-fat, chilli seafood spaghetti is perfect for midweek entertaining! Try replacing the marinara mix with raw, peeled prawns for a spin on this tasty pasta.

Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water until tender. Drain well.

Heat oil in a large frying pan over a medium to high heat. Add garlic and chilli. Cook, stirring for 1 minute. Add marinara mix. Cook, turning occasionally for about 3 minutes, or until cooked.

3.Add pasta to pan. Squeeze over juice from one lemon half. Stir in parsley. Serve with remaining lemon half.
