My Kitchen Rules judge Colin Fassnidge has narrowly escaped a serious injury after his motorcycle crashed in Sydney.
The 44-year-old, who is known for his straightforward attitude of Channel Seven’s hit cooking show, appeared to walk away with just a scrape on his forearm.
Colin did not provide too much detail on the incident, but revealed on Instagram that he ‘woke up on the road’ with his motorcycle ‘on the other side of the road.’

Taking to Instagram, the celebrity chef sounded thankful to be alive. He captioned an image: ‘‘I’ve done something right [with] God… When [you] wake up on the road and your bike is at the end of it.’
Later, Colin surveyed the damage to his motorcycle in a video.
It seemed the Irish native had lost control and the motorcycle ‘slid’ under him.
‘For sale Ninja, never been dropped, slid, maybe!’ he wrote.
Fans were quick to flock to the comment section, wishing Colin a speedy recovery.
‘Bike can be replaced. You, sir, cannot,’ wrote one supporter, while another added: ‘Be careful, mate. You have angels in your life now.’
