Jimmy Nicholson is searching the skies – or at least, The Bachelor mansion – for love. And he’s certainly got no shortage of women wanting to be his co-pilot.

The Bachelor Australia 2021 is about to take off (we hate to tell you that this is just the start of the pilot puns) and a new group of hopeless romantics are entering the picturesque gardens in an attempt to earn themselves a weekly rose.
Keep scrolling to meet the women vying for bachelor Jimmy’s heart.
Lily Price | 23 | Crane Operator | VIC
It might not be a plane, but crane operator Lily still took her Bachelor entrance to new heights by arriving in a rose-decorated hot air balloon.
And our leading man was certainly smitten by blonde beauty, mesmerised by her blue eyes.
“There’s probably a big smile on my face,” Jimmy told the camera. “She’s beautiful.”
Brooke Cleal | 27 | Occupational Therapist | VIC
Brooke’s Bachelor entrance has given us food envy. The occupational therapist brought a Sri Lankan love cake to share with Jimmy and it certainly went over well with the show’s leading man.
Though, in what was a good sign, he was more interested in Brooke than the cake.
“Brooke’s breathtakingly beautiful, I’m doing backflips inside,” he confessed.
Holly Kingston | 27 | Marketing Manager | NSW
In an ultimate turning the tables power move, marketing manager Holly planned a single date for her first meeting with Jimmy.
The pair sat down for an intimate date at a wine bar, and the pilot certainly rated it a success.
“It’s flirty, it’s fun. The chemistry’s definitely there,” Jimmy said.
Jay Lal | 31 | Nutritionist | NSW
While this nutritionist may not have been able to say ‘checkmate’ during the chess game she challenged Jimmy to, she has definitely made some solid moves to win over Jimmy’s heart.
“I feel like Jay’s chess probably game didn’t go to plan,” the pilot confessed, before adding: “It’s really cute and it’s just really authentic.”
Chanel Tang | 34 | Flight Manager | NSW
If you thought we were laying on the pilot puns thick, flight manager Chanel went all in on her first meeting with Jimmy.
The red carpet was adorned with an aeroplane passenger seat, in which Jimmy sat while holding a glass of champagne (though, we’re sure he’s more accustomed to the cockpit).
While Jimmy kicked back and relaxed, Chanel said into a fake PA system, “Ladies and gentlemen, welcome on board Bachelor airways flight 2021. Destination: true love”.
The bit earned a chuckle from Jimmy which only intensified as the flight manager purposely fell into his lap while demonstrating how to recline the seat.
“A bit of unexpected turbulence at the start there which… I’m not complaining,” Jimmy told the camera through a smile.
Ash Lawson | 34 | Dance teacher | QLD
Dance teacher Ash hasn’t had the best of luck when it comes to dates.
“The most embarrassing thing that has ever happened to me is my stiletto breaking on a first date, so instead of saying anything, I tried to hide it by trying not to limp when I was walking.”
Annabelle O’Regan | 28 | Medical Equipment Installer | NSW
Annabelle has confessed she’s never been in love and is drawn to the energy of another person, rather than the superficial aspects.
Though, she does have a slight type.
“I do tend to turn my head more for the brown hair, green/blue eyes, tanned skin and active types … Am I just describing the male version of myself?”
Ashleigh Freckleton | 28 | Speech Pathologist | VIC
Ashleigh hasn’t had any luck with online dating so she’s taking a stab at The Bachelor instead.
“I went on some great dates and discovered a heap of cool bars and brunch spots though, so it wasn’t a total waste of time.”
Elena Wee | 33 | Personal Trainer | NSW
The personal trainer hopes to be married with two kids in 10 years’ time.
“I’m strong and independent. I’m super driven and ambitious, bubbly, fun and I have a great personality.”
Carlie Hodges | 33 | Corporate Lawyer | VIC
Carlie’s parents have taught her everything she needs to know about love. The corporate lawyer has achieved her career goals and is ready for some romance in her life.
“I just need someone to share my life and start a family with. This experience is all about finding the person to spend your life with. And I’m ready.”
Hannah Norman | 26 | Registered Nurse | NSW
She’s been in love twice before but this time she’s hoping it will stick.
“I am down-to-earth, always up for an adventure, supportive, nurturing, genuine, caring, fun loving, always up for a laugh and here for the right reasons.”
Jacinta Boys | 29 | Executive Recruiter | VIC
Jacinta has a tendency to run towards red flags.
“I have had no luck in finding the right person… I needed some help.”
Enter: Jimmy Nicholson.
Laura O’Loughlin | 28 | Speech Pathologist | SA
The speech pathologist has been burned by men in the past but she’s hoping for transparency this time around.
“I have grown tired of the dating game and this show might finally end my search!”
Lauren Jenkins | 29 | Office Administrator | SA
Lauren is “not one to shy away from confrontation”.
Does this mean we can expect some incoming mansion drama?
Madison Allen | 24 | Marketing Co-Ordinator | VIC
Madison’s love language is gifts and she’s also quite the baker. Lucky Jimmy.
“I don’t really mind if a man is physically fit or not, so long as he’s healthy and happy. I am really into guys who are funny and loyal, and who don’t need to be babysat at family events.”
Rebekah Modernel | 27 | Youth Support Worker | NSW
Rebekah’s love life usually ends up with her crying in front of a rom-com.
“I fall hard and fast and then get ghosted by guys that are not ready for anything serious.”
But she’s ready to change that.
Sierah Swepstone | 28 | Technical Analyst | VIC
Sierah has been single for most of her adult life and is ready to find a love that will stick.
“I am sick of flicking through Tinder and Hinge, and wasting my time on duds. I want to find a partner in life to settle down with.”
Stevie Grey | 29 | Hair Stylist | QLD
Stevie compares herself to Blair Waldorf from Gossip Girl because she has high standards but loves with everything she has.
“My ideal man loves animals, attitude has to be positive, looks wise; I love glasses but I’m open to anything. I am not judgmental.”
Tahnee Leeson | 27 | Corporate Travel Manager | VIC
Tahnee is comfortable in her own skin and is partial to a date that allows for a lot of talking.
“I just like to be in an environment that’s quiet so we can talk, maybe a beautiful picnic or a quiet restaurant with a gorgeous view and amazing food.”
Stephanie Lynch | 27 | Business Development Manager | WA
The business development manager is adventure-obsessed and is ready to settle down.
“My ideal man is tall, dark and handsome, with a self-deprecating sense of humour, likes to go out for a couple drinks, appreciates life, and one that I can have the deep conversations, but wants to enjoy life and have fun.”
Tamlyn Hoskins | 25 | Customer Service Officer | NSW
Tamlyn has high standards and is looking for a guy that is as funny as herself.
“My ideal man is confident, outgoing and extremely funny with a little bit of sarcasm. He is family orientated, goal-driven and someone who has wholesome morals and values that match my own.”
0Tatum Hargraves | 26 | Company Director | QLD
She is hoping she is the right woman for this year’s bachie and vice versa.
“I’m looking for someone who is confident, loving, caring, emotionally available, self-discovered, family-orientated and sure of himself.”
Belinda Robinson | 29 | Criminal Lawyer | QLD
Belinda is a hopeless romantic who is willing to do anything for the love of her life, including moving to the middle of a deserted island.
“I want to be completely wrapped up in a safe and healthy, unconditional love cocoon of happiness with a special ‘forever’ someone, and all of the doggies, taking on the world together.”
