Her curly brown hair and chubby cheeks gave her a cutesy look.

Other than a change in hair colour, she still looks like the same Ariana, with full cheeks and a nose that seems a bit wider than it is today. In 2016, Ariana Grande looks very similar to what we know her as today. Her makeup makes it difficult to determine if her face has actually been altered, but the iconic Ariana look is in full swing.

The difference in appearance between Ari now and in 2008 is pretty huge but could potentially be explained by puberty. With that said there are some very telling indications of some artificial help.
Regardless, whether or not she has had surgery done, she’s still the pop feminist queen, and she still looks stunning.
